If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery | الشحن والتوصيل

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

مواعيد التوصيل الموضحة على الموقع هي مواعيد تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب موقع التسليم وشركة الشحن والظروف الجوية والعطلات أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider, delivery is subject to the courier's procedures and operating conditions.
